CIRCULAR NO.021                                                                              Febrero 03, 2010

GENERALES:

• Debido al mal tiempo, baja asistencia de alumnos y falta de luz para bombas de agua se suspendieron labores escolares del día de hoy. Se colocaron barricas de agua para continuar con las clases el día de mañana en caso que el clima lo permita.

• Expo Cultural de Inglés, 25 de febrero a partir de las 5:00 p.m. t/local

• Viernes 5 de Febrero:

-         Acto cívico especial, los alumnos deberán venir con su uniforme de gala.

-         Concurso de declamación individual niveles secundaria y preparatoria a partir de las 8:30 a.m.

• Durante este mes se llevarán a cabo las evoluciones continuas para cierre de 3er. Bimestre, favor de apoyar a su hijo (a) con todos sus trabajos escolares.

• Preescolar 2 y 3 así como 6to. De primaria: Favor de pasar por sus fichas de inscripción enviadas por la SEB, ya que será requisito indispensable para que inscriba a su hijo (a) al próximo ciclo escolar 2010-2011 en cualquier plantel educativo.

• Recuerde que la fecha límite para guiones teatrales con la participación de los 7 valores básicos es el día viernes 05 de febrero.

FEBRERO MES DE INSCRIPCIONES

Colegiatura Sept. 2010 5% de incremento.

Promoción de febrero aparte su lugar con un 50% y el pago restante antes del 15 de Junio, con costo del año anterior $ 5,500.00)

* Inscripciones a partir de marzo $ 5,800.00 asegure su lugar cupo limitado a:

Preescolar: 20 alumnos por grupo

Primaria: 23 alumnos por grupo

Secundaria y Preparatoria: 25 alumnos por grupo (preparatoria 1 salón por grado)

PREESCOLAR

• Terminó Enero, pero sigue la invitación de padres a los salones de sus hijos (as) a charlar acerca de su trabajo.
• Evite contagios no enviando a su hijo (a) en caso de gripe, tos, temperatura etc… recuerde que su seguridad es primero.

* GENERAL INFORMATION

ü      Due to bad weather, low attendance of students and the lack of electricity service for the water pumps, school labors have been suspended for today. Barrels with water have been placed on site to be able to continue with regular classes tomorrow, should the weather allow this.

ü      English Cultural Show; on February 25, starting at 5:00 p.m. local time

ü      Friday, February 5:

-          Special Civic Act: students must come to school wearing the “Gala” uniform.

-          Declamation contest, Secondary and Senior High, starting 8:30 a.m.

ü      During this month evaluations will take place to close activities pertaining to the 3^rd bimonth. Please support your child with all of his school work.

ü      Preschool 2 and 3, and also 6^th grade Primary: Please come by our front desk in order to pick up Registration Formats sent in by the Education Bureau: These formats are a mandatory requirement for you to enroll your child to this upcoming 2010-2011 school term at any school you should choose.

ü      Please remember that the deadline to turn in theatre scripts on the 7 basic values is Friday, February 5.

Monthly Tuition Sep. 2010 – 5% increase

February Offer: sign up your child’s place paying 50% now and the outstanding balance on or before June 15, same price as last year ($5,500.00)

Registration Fees starting March: $5,800.00 – Secure your place, space limited to:

Preschool: 20 students per group

Primary: 23 students per group

Secondary and Senior High: 25 students per group (senior high only one group per grade)

PRESCHOOL

ü      January is over, but invitation to parents remains open to access your child’s classroom and talk to them about your jobs.

ü      Avoid contagions not sending your child in if he/she should have a cold, cough, fever, etc. Remember his/her safety is first.
