* PREESCOLAR

-          Se hace una cordial invitación a los padres de familia que deseen participar platicando actividades interesantes relacionadas con su trabajo, hacer cita con la coord. Elisa Herrera, agradecemos de antemano su participación.

-          La salida a la playa para el concurso de figuras de arena se reprogramo para el día 26 del presente mes, solicitamos 2 padres de familia x grupo anotarse con la coord. Elisa Herrera.

-          22 de Enero: Viernes Familiar en horario de 8:00 a 9:00 a.m. t/local Padres, alumnos y maestros participarán en una matrogimnasia material a utilizar: traer un pañuelo y un palo de escoba.

* PRIMARIA

-  Durante esta semana se llevarán a cabo las salidas a la playa con los alumnos para realizar el concurso de “figuras de arena”, los alumnos deberán portar el uniforme deportivo, cachucha y sandalias (No zapatos y calcetas) así como traer accesorios para poder realizar una figura. (se llevarán a cabo antes del receso)

* 3ro. Y 4to.   21 de Enero

* 5to. Y 6to.   22 de Enero

* SECUNDARIA

-  Salida a la playa para concurso de figuras de arena los días 27 (3er. Grado), 28 (2do. Grado) y 29 (1er. Grado) de Enero 2010, los alumnos deberán portar uniforme de deportes, sandalias y cachucha así como accesorios para realizar las figuras.

* GENERALES:

-          Continuando con nuestro programa de valores informamos a usted que el valor con el que los alumnos estarán interactuando este mes es el de la responsabilidad, siendo su representante el águila, favor de platicar con sus hijos al respecto.

-          Todos los alumnos de todos los niveles participarán en un concurso de redacción en el cuál deberán desarrollar un guión teatral que contenga los siete valores básicos: Honor, humildad, respeto, honestidad, responsabilidad, asertividad, proactividad, los padres pueden ayudar a sus hijos en la redacción del guión. Los alumnos finalistas participarán en la recreación teatral del guión ganador.

-          En las diferentes escuelas a nivel nacional se han estado presentando algunos casos de falta de higiene en el cabello (piojos), por lo que solicitamos a usted tomar precauciones con su hijo (a) y hacer una limpieza con shampoo especial para este tipo de problemas y así evitar una posible epidemia que pudiera extenderse en todo el plantel. (Recomendamos el shampoo Herklin ó Scabisan) En caso de que el problema persista nos veremos en la necesidad de hacer nosotros la limpieza dentro del plantel en la semana del 18 al 22 del presente mes. Recuerde que la higiene personal es fundamental para una buena salud.

-          Damos la bienvenida al personal que se ha integrado a nuestro equipo de trabajo para el siguiente ciclo escolar.

-          Recordamos a usted que este es el último mes de promoción en re-inscripción e inicia en febrero el mes de inscripciones abierta al público en general limitando nuestro cupo a un máximo de 25 alumnos por grupo, 2 grupos por grado de preescolar a secundaria, preparatoria un grupo por grado. A partir de Febrero la colegiatura tendrá un incremento de un 5%

-          Promoción de febrero re-inscripción $ 5,500.00 pague el 50% en este mes y el resto antes del 15 de Junio.

*PRESCHOOL

ü       Parents who would like to share with the children telling them about interesting activities related to their work are much welcomed.  Please set up an appointment with the coordinator, Miss Elisa Herrera. We thank you in advance for your participation.

ü       The outing to the beach to participate at the sand castles contest is rescheduled for next 26^th of this month. We require the support of 2 parents per group. Please sign up with the coordinator, Miss Elisa Herrera.

ü       January 22: Family Friday.- From 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. local time Parents, students and teachers will participate in a gymnastics activity. Material need: a handkerchief and a broom’s stick.

*PRIMARY

ü       During this week outings to the beach shall take place with students for them to participate at the “sand castles” contest. Students must wear the Physical Education uniform, a cap and sandals (no shoes and socks), and also must bring along accessories to be able to shape the sand. The activity shall take place before recess.

* 3^rd and 4^th grades     January 21

* 5^th and 6^th grades    January 22

*SECONDARY

*GENERAL INFORMATION

ü       Continuing with our values program, we inform that students will be interacting with the value of responsibility during this month, being its representative the eagle. We encourage you to talk to your children to this regard.

ü       All students in all levels will participate in a writing contest. Students are required to work on and develop a theatre script which contains the seven main values of: honor, humility, respect, honesty, responsibility, assertiveness and proactivness. Parents may help their children to write this script. Finalist shall participate at the performance of the winning theatre play.

ü       We have been informed that throughout several schools nationwide lack of hair hygiene issues (lice) have surged; therefore we kindly ask you to please take prevention measures with your child performing a thorough cleaning with special shampoo for these kind of problems and thus avoid a possible outbreak which might spread through the school’s community (we suggest Herklin or Scabisan shampoo). Should this problem persist we will face the need to undergo this cleaning ourselves at school during the week of January 18 to 22. Keep in mind that personal hygiene is fundamental for good health.

ü       We remind you that this is the last month of our re-enrollment offer. In February enrollment shall be open to the public in general, limiting our capacity to a maximum of 25 students per group, 2 groups per grade, from preschool to secondary school; Senior High School only one group per grade. Starting February monthly tuition fees will have an increase of 5%.

ü       February re-enrollment offer: $5,500.00 Pay 50% this month and the rest before June 15.
