G E N E R A L E S
1. Contingencia Sanitaria: Recordamos a usted que por disposición de la Secretaria de Salubridad y Gobierno del Estado no se permitirá la entrada a alumnos que presenten tos, fiebre, dolor de cabeza y/o temperatura. Favor de ser concientes del riesgo de contagio y así evítenos la pena de regresar al alumno(a). Las inasistencias se justificarán presentando receta médica. La importancia de tomar seriedad en estos casos es debido a que de presentarse casos de AH1N1 (influenza) en nuestro plantel, éste se cerrará por cuarentena.
2. Se realizarán continuamente “revisiones” en las mochilas de alumnos, para evitar el ingreso de objetos prohibidos marcados en el reglamento. En el caso de celulares el padre de familia deberá enviar una carta responsiva en donde el alumno se compromete a no utilizarlo en horarios de clase a riesgo que le sea retirado y entregado a dirección. (Acuerdo tomado en la 1ra. Reunión de padres Agosto 19, 20 y 21).
3. Solicitamos amablemente no estacionarse en las áreas arboladas, para evitar congestionamiento vehicular en horario de circulación de entrada (6:30 a 8:00) y salida (1:30 a 2:30) de alumnos. Favor de utilizar el estacionamiento para maestros y padres.
4. Le recordamos que favoreciendo nuestro programa ecológico, a partir del 7 de octubre podrá encontrar la circular semanal en la página Web www.colegiobucerias.com y solamente el último miércoles de cada mes enviaremos un informe de actividades sobresalientes. Aún así cada estudiante deberá entregar cada jueves su hoja con la firma del padre o tutor asegurando su visita a la página o recibo de informe.
5. Anexamos lista de asignación de fechas del mes de octubre para apoyo en circuito vehicular es solo guardia de un día anual, cualquier inconveniente comunicarse ya sea para que envíe a otra persona en su lugar (con identificación) o enviar la cooperación de $50.00 para que lo cubran, este donativo se irá directo al fondo del mismo proyecto, trabajando en equipo mejoraremos de manera significativa el sistema operativo del circuito a beneficio de la seguridad de la comunidad escolar. Cualquier comentario para mejorarlo enviar por la página Web o acudir a nuestras reuniones mensuales de directivos, mesa directiva y vocales de grupo en fechas programadas. Inf. En administración.
5.1 La Mesa Directiva de Padres agradece la organización de padres en rondas escolares que reduce el tráfico y contribuye al plan ecológico.
6. Iniciaron talleres extra escolares de Fútbol, Ballet, Jazz, Yoga y Pintura y en Octubre dará inicio el servicio de club de tareas con guardería hasta las 5:00 p.m.
7. Enviamos copia de oficio enviado por el Banco Bancomer a la Secretaria para informar de los beneficios y características de las cuentas de los niños del estado de Nayarit, al igual que la tarjeta del banco a los alumnos que entregaron completo su paquete (contrato, acta e identificación del padre), la secretaria de educación nos informará cuando esté activada para ser usada. La secretaria de educación solo activará las tarjetas cuando reciba del director la totalidad de ellas.
8. Si usted realiza su pago de colegiatura vía transferencia o deposito bancario favor de enviar la ficha a la siguiente dirección de correo contabilidad@colegiobucerias.com
8.1 Uniforme de los lunes camisa blanca o blusa con corbata. En caso de no conseguirla favor de comprar una de su preferencia y traerla a la dirección para enviar bordar el logotipo (enviar con tiempo jueves) A partir de octubre no se permitirá la entrada a los alumnos que no porten el uniforme completo.
9. Nivel Preparatoria: Se envían calificaciones parciales el viernes 9 de octubre verificar la boleta para firma.
10. Preescolar:
* Favor de etiquetar la corbata de su hijo (a).
* KI. Todos los artículos que los niños traigan a la escuela deberán estar debidamente etiquetados con su nombre.
* KI y KIII enviamos la guía de Inglés del primer mes, favor de apoyar a sus hijos. Gracias
* KIII. Enviamos mapas mentales de matemáticas y español favor de estudiar con su hijo (a).
* KIII. Si su hijo (A) ya utilizó el cambio de ropa que envió al plantel favor de regresarlo y los que aún no lo envían favor de mandarlo esta semana. Gracias
11. Primaria y Secundaria: Les recordamos que los libros de trabajo de regularización de Inglés ($100.00) así como los de Alemán y Francés ($200.00) ya están a la venta en el depto. De contabilidad. Es importante que el alumno cuente con ellos para el buen desarrollo de estos cursos, ya que de lo contrario no podrá tomarlo.
12. Se les informa que ya puede pasar a recoger su documentación original en el departamento de Control Escolar en horario de 7:00 a 1:00 p.m.

14. Transporte Escolar del Plantel: El pasado martes 29 de septiembre se acordó en junta con padres usuarios, recoger a los alumnos 15 min. Antes de lo programado en horario matutino para mejorar el servicio del mismo. Para horario de salida se les informa que de acuerdo al número de alumnos que se transportan a diferentes domicilios el horario se extiende, agradecemos su comprensión pues la seguridad del mismo es nuestra prioridad, de lo contrario se tendrían que manejar puntos escolares.

1. Sanitary Contingency: We remind you that as per provisions by the Health Department and State’s Government, access to school will be denied to students showing fever, coughing, head ache and/or temperature. Please be conscientious about the risk of contagion and avoid us the embarrassment of returning your child home. Absences will be justified exhibiting a medical certificate or medical recipe. It is important to consider this matter seriously is due to the fact that if any AH1N1 virus case is confirmed in our school, it will be quarantined.
2. “Surprise revisions” will be carried out to the student’s back-packs to prevent allowing restricted objects specified in the Regulations being introduced to school. In the case of cell-phones, the parent must send in a disclaimer in which the student assumes the compromise not to use it during class-hours under penalty of having to surrender it and deliver to the principal’s office (agreement reached during the 1st Parents’ meeting, August 19, 20 and 21).
3. We kindly ask you to please not park by the tree-shaded areas to avoid traffic jams during entrance (6:30 to 8:00 a.m.) and departure hours (1:30 to 2:30 p.m.). Please use the teachers’ and parents’ parking area.
4. We remind you that as part of our ecologic program, starting October 7 you will be able t oread the weekly notice in our web page www.colegiobucerias.com and only the last Wednesday of each month we will send in a written report of outstanding activities. However, the student must turn in each Thursday his/her paper signed by a parent or tutor acknowledging perusal of the same at the web page, and/or receipt of the monthly report.
5. We enclose list of assignment of dates for the month of October regarding the vehicle circuit support program. This is only one day per year we are asking from you. Any inconveniences please contact us either to send someone to substitute you (with ID) or send in the cooperation fee of $50.00 pesos to have someone in your place. This donation will go directly to the vehicular circuit fund. Working as a team we will improve significantly our operation system of the circuit to the benefit of the school’s community safety. Any comment to improve it, please post it on our web page or meet with us during our monthly assemblies of directors, parent’s board and group members on scheduled dates. 5.1 The Parent’s Board appreciates the parent’s organization of the school rounds that reduce traffic and adds to the ecologic program.
6. Extra-curricular workshops have begun: Football, Ballet, Jazz, Yoga and Painting. In October the service of homework club with day care service will start. Service ends at 5:00 p.m.
7. We send in copy of the official letter sent by Bancomer to the Education Bureau informing about the benefits and characteristics of the bank accounts for the children in the State of Nayarit, and also the bank card of the students who turned in the full set of documents required (agreement, certificate and parent’s ID). The Education Bureau will inform us when the card is activated and ready to be used. The Education Bureau will activate the cards only when the school principal turns in the acknowledgement of all the cards granted to the school.
8. Should you make payment of monthly tuitions via wire transfer or bank deposit, please send copy of the receipt to the following e-mail address contabilidad@colegiobucerias.com
8.1 Monday’s Uniform is white shirt or blouse with tie with school’s logo. Should you not be able to get one, please purchase one and bring it to the school’s offices to send them out to embroider the logo (on Thursday, preferably). Starting October, access to students without full uniform will be denied.
9. Senior High School Level: Partial grades will be sent in on Friday, October 9. Please ask for the report-card for you to sign.

11. Primary and Secondary: We remind you that the work-books for English regularization ($100.00 pesos) and German and French ($200.00 pesos) are available in the Accounting Room. It is important that each student has his/her own for the appropriate development of these courses; otherwise, he/she will not be able to take them.
12. Be informed that you may pick-up your original documents at School Control Department from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

14. School’s Transportation: Last Tuesday, September 29 it was agreed with user parents that students will be picked-up 15 minutes earlier than programmed in the morning hours to be able to improve the service. As for the departure hour, be informed that depending on the number of students to be transferred to different addresses, the delivery hours are extended. We thank you for your understanding for the safety of the same is our priority. Otherwise, specific school route spots would have to be established.

Directivos, profesores y personal de apoyo que labora en la institución les damos la más cordial bienvenida a este nuevo ciclo escolar y enviamos a usted nuestra primera circular informativa:

v REUNIONES DE INDUCCIÓN: Como se informó al cierre del ciclo anterior así como en listas de material, las reuniones iniciales de inducción se llevaron a cabo del 18 al 21 de agosto para todos los niveles. Padres que por alguna razón les fue imposible acudir a éstas, deberán pasar a firma de contrato de servicios educativos y recoger minuta de reunión a más tardar el viernes 28 del presente en horario de 7:00 a 11:00 a.m. (a partir del lunes 31 no podrán accesar alumnos que no cuenten con esta documentación firmada).
v PROYECTO ANUAL: Enviamos a usted calendario de proyecto anual de todas las secciones, (podrá sufrir cambios imprevistos los cuales se informarán a través de nuestra página www.colegiobucerias.com)
v FIESTAS DE BIENVENIDA: Para las secciones de preescolar y primaria es necesario que en las fechas marcadas para este evento, los alumnos vistan traje de baño bajo el uniforme y traer una bolsita de plástico para ropa mojada y toalla. (ver calendario)
v REFORMA EDUCATIVA: En este ciclo escolar los grupos de 1º y 6º de primaria trabajarán ya con la nueva reforma educativa para lo cual todos los alumnos de estos grados deberán traer 5 sobres de papel manila tamaño oficio los cuales no fueron incluidos en la lista de material ya que es información de último momento por parte de la Secretaría de Educación Pública.
v HORARIOS: Enviamos horarios de clases y talleres especiales. (anexos en la parte posterior)
v COMEDOR: Pago anticipado mensual o semanal, por tarjeta los días lunes con la Sra. Ludy
v KIOSCO: Pago diario, venta de refrigerio rápido (hot dog, sándwich, agua embotellada, refrescos, galletas) y misceláneos.
v TRANSPORTE: Este miércoles se inició el servicio de transporte, tenemos cupo limitado contratar en el departamento de contabilidad antes del 31 de agosto.
v FRANCES Y ALEMÁN: Los talleres de francés y alemán durante este ciclo se llevarán a cabo como proyecto piloto, para que los alumnos desde 1º de primaria hasta 3º de preparatoria los conozcan, asistirán a cada uno de ellos por semestre, favor de cubrir el costo de los cuaderno de trabajo antes del 31 de agosto $100 c/u (total por alumno $200.00).
v DOCUMENTACION OFICIAL: Alumnos que no han completado aún la entrega de documentación oficial, favor de hacerlo antes del día 31 para poder ser dados de alta ante la SEP en la Cd. de Tepic.
v CIRCUITO ESCOLAR: Pedimos ser puntuales al dejar a su hijo recordando nuestros horarios: (Preescolar 7:30-1:30; Primaria 7:30 a 2:00; Secundaria y Preparatoria 7:00 – 2:00) y no estacionarse en doble fila frente al área de entrega y salida de alumnos en preescolar, en caso necesario, hacer uso del estacionamiento posterior. Después de las 2:00 tiene una tolerancia de 20 min. después de este tiempo deberá pagar $50.00 por hr. o fracción por servicio de guardería a la persona encargada. (para cualquier emergencia comunicarse al tel. 329 2 98 02 83. Respetar el sentido del circuito escolar iniciando por Av. Valle rodeando la escuela tratando de no interrumpir el tráfico.
v RETARDOS: Después de los horarios de entrada solamente se darán 10 min. de tolerancia en todas las secciones y el alumno deberá ingresar por la puerta principal para registrarse en la libreta de retardos. (Srita. Karla)
v VOCALES: La reunión se llevará a cabo miércoles 02 de septiembre a las 7:30 en la biblioteca del plantel.
v FILTRO DE INGRESO: Por disposición del sector salud, se seguirán tomando medidas preventivas a la influenza por lo cual recomendamos no enviar a su hijo(a) si presenta temperatura, tos o catarro, tendremos filtro al ingreso.
v CAJA: Si usted realiza sus pagos a través de trasferencia o depósito bancario a nuestra cuenta No. 4020449476 de HSBC para mayor seguridad favor de pasar al departamento de contabilidad para solicitar su número de referencia personal, recordándole también que contamos con el servicio de pago con tarjeta.
v ESCOLTAS: El uniforme deberá ser : camisa o blusa manga larga con logotipo institucional, pantalón o falda azul marino, zapatos tipo escolar negros, cinturón negro, calcetas blancas para alumnas, calcetín azul para alumnos, coleta con accesorios en azul marino y rojo para alumnas. Él acto cívico se llevará a cabo cada lunes con las secciones de primaria, secundaria y preparatoria. Las escoltas participarán de la siguiente manera: PRIMARIA: Octubre, Diciembre, Febrero, Abril, Junio PREESCOLAR: Cada lunes en su patio cívico.
SECUNDRIA: Septiembre, Noviembre, Enero, Marzo, Mayo.

v INSTRUCTION MEETINGS: As informed at the end of last school term, and also in the lists of school materials, the initial instruction meetings were held from August 18 to 21 for all levels. Parents who for some reason were not able to attend must come to school to sign the “education services agreement” and pick up the minutes of the meeting the latest on Friday 28 from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. (starting Monday August 31st, students whose parents have not signed this document may not access the premises.)
v ANNUAL PROJECT: We include herein the calendar with the annual work project of all sections (this may be modified; please keep informed visiting our website www.colegiobucerias.com)
v WELCOME PARTIES: For Preschool and Primary level sections, on the dates marked for this event the students must wear bathing suit beneath their uniforms and bring a plastic bag to put in wet clothes and towel. (see calendar).
v EDUCATION REFORM: During this school term grades 1st through 6th Primary level will work with the new education curriculum; to this effect all students in these grades must bring 5 manila envelopes, legal size, which were not included in the lists of material due to the fact that this is a last minute information from (SEP) the Education Bureau.
v SCHEDULES: We forward class schedules and special workshops (attached on the back).
v LUNCH AREA: Advanced monthly or weekly payment, with card available on Mondays with Mrs. Ludy.
v KIOSK: Daily payment, fast food available (hot-dogs, sandwiches, bottled water, soft drinks, cookies) and miscellaneous.
v TRANSPORTATION: this Wednesday transfer service began; space availability is limited. Please arrange at the accounting room before August 31st.
v FRENCH AND GERMAN: The French and German workshops will be performed as a pilot project during this school term, for students from 1st grade Primary level to 3rd grade Senior High School level to have first contact with these languages. They will be attending class for one semester each. Please pay for the workbook previous to August 31st $100.00 pesos each ($200.00 total per student).
v OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS: Students who have not yet delivered full requested official documentation, please do so by august 31st to be able to register them with the Education Bureau (SEP) in the City of Tepic.
v SCHOOL CIRCUIT: We kindly ask you to be on time at drop-off and pick-up of your children. Schedules are: Preschool 7:30 to 1:30; Primary level 7:30 to 2:00; Junior and Senior High School 7:00 to 2:00. Do not park double line in front of the delivery/pick-up area in preschool section; if necessary, please use the parking area at the back. After 2:00 there is a 20 min. tolerance; after this time a $50.00 charge per hour or fraction will be collected for day care service and paid to the person in charge (any emergencies, please call Tel. 329 298 02 83). Please follow the direction of the circuit starting on Ave. Valle and surrounding the school, and try not to stop traffic flow.
v TARDINESS: After entrance hours there shall be only 10 min. tolerance for all sections; any student who is late must access through the main front door and sign the late-arrival notebook (Miss Karla).
v MEMBERS AT LARGE: The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:30 a.m. in the school’s library.
v ACCESS FILTER: Pursuant to provisions by the Health Department, preventive measure shall continue in place to detect the flu; we strongly recommend not sending your children to school if he/she has a fever, cough or runny nose. Access filter at the entrance.
v CASHIER: If you make your payments with wire transfer or bank deposit into our HSBC account No. 4020449476, please check with our accounting room to request your personal reference number. We also remind you that you may pay with credit card.
v ESCORT TEAM: The uniform must be: long sleeves shirt or blouse with the school’s logo, navy blue slacks or skirt, black school shoes, black belt, white stockings for girls, navy blue sock for boys, navy blue or red colored hair accessories for girls. The civic act will take place every Monday for Primary, Junior and Senior High School levels. Escort teams will participate as follows: PRESCHOOL LEVEL: each Monday at their own grounds. PRIMARY LEVEL: October, December, February, April, June. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL: September, November, January, March, May.

- 2. EVENTOS SOCIOCULTURALES. Se trabajará el proyecto anual de eventos socioculturales la próxima semana detallando la labor de los padres de familia. (propósitos/objetivos) con juntas de seguimiento en beneficio del aprovechamiento de nuestros alumnos como de la comunidad escolar en este ciclo escolar.

- 5. Les recordamos que para facilitar sus pagos de colegiaturas u otros servicios pedir su número de referencia o dejar su número de tarjeta para pagos automáticos. Mayores informes en Contabilidad. Evítese el recargo moratorio del 10% cubriendo la colegiatura antes del día 10 de cada mes.
- 6. Esta semana dio inicio el programa piloto de Francés y Alemán desde primaria, favor de pasar a cubrir la cuota de $ 200.00 del material anual para estas materias y así facilitar el aprendizaje.
- 7. El programa de regularización de Inglés y Español especial para extranjeros se llevará a cabo en el salón de regularización (especial para estas materias) y en la biblioteca con un mínimo de 2 veces por semana según el caso del alumno. Revisar que practique en casa. Gracias (lista de verbos)

- This week we started our French and German pilot program, from Primary level to Senior High. Please make sure you have paid the $200.00 fee for year-material for these subjects and thus make learning easier.

* Continuando con el plan de contingencia para evitar contagios de Influenza y Dengue favor de seguir las siguientes recomendaciones:
a) Aplicar repelente antes de venir a la escuela (si es de corta duración enviarle un poco para que se aplique durante el tiempo de escuela)
b) Si presenta síntomas como dolor de cabeza, fiebre, dolor garganta, gripa o tos favor de evitar enviarlo al plantel.
c) Enviar su botella para el agua y explicar la importancia de tomar líquidos constantemente
d) Recordarle que debe lavarse las manos antes de comer y después de ir al baño
* Alumnos de 6to. Grado deberán traer su cartilla de vacunación el día jueves ya que tendremos la visita del Centro de Salud para aplicación de la vacuna Hepatitis B en caso de que usted no este de acuerdo que se le aplique la vacuna favor de hacérnoslo saber por escrito.
* Alumnos de 6to. Grado. De acuerdo a la reforma educativa que se esta llevando a cabo en 6to. Grado, las tareas serán programadas por proyectos, las cuales deberán entregar a revisión cada día lunes. Próximamente estaremos enviando el calendario de tareas con fechas de entrega. Favor de estar al pendiente.
* Los alumnos de primaria realizarán un Rally-concurso de “los Héroes de la Independencia” este jueves a las 8:00 a.m. y a las 11:00 a.m.
* Enviamos a usted el volante para activación de la nueva Cartilla de Vacunación entregada a finales del ciclo pasado (2008-2009) en la escuela, deberá regresar el volante de activación al plantel una vez llenado y sellado por el Centro de Salud correspondiente a su zona. En caso de no contar con la Nueva Cartilla favor de informar a nuestro departamento de Control Escolar.
* Nivel Secundaria: Se les informa que con motivo de la elaboración de la tarjeta de la Beca Universal por parte de la secretaria de finanzas de la SEB, se requiere copia de la Curp, del Acta de nacimiento del alumno y copia de la credencial de elector del padre ó madre. (Únicamente alumnos que aun no cuentan con ella) favor de entregar esta documentación en el departamento de Control Escolar.

* Following up on the contingency plan to avoid Flue and Dengue contagions, please follow these recommendations:
a) Wear repellent lotion before coming to school (if it wears off fast, please send more for application during school hours)
b) If your child has symptoms such as headache, fever, sour throat, cold or coughs, please refrain from sending him/her to school.
c) Give your child a bottle for water and explain the importance of constantly drinking fluids.
d) Remind your child that he/she must wash his/her hands before eating and after going to the bathroom.
* 6th Graders must turn in their vaccination cards on Thursday. Health Center Officers will come in to vaccinate against Hepatitis B. Should you not agree to your child being vaccinated, please inform so in writing.
* 6th Graders. As per the education reform carried out in 6th Grade, homework will be programmed per projects, which must be turned in for review every Monday. We will shortly be sending in a homework calendar with delivery dates. Please expect incoming information.
* Primary level students will participate in a Rally-Contest “The Independence Heroes” this Thursday from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
* We are sending in flyer for activation of the new Vaccination Card delivered at the end of the past term (2008-2009) at school. You must return the activation flyer, once filled in and stamped by the Health Center of your area of residence. In you do not have this new Vaccination Card, please contact our School-Control Office.
* Junior High: In order to be able to write the Universal Scholarship Card provided by Finance Department of SEB, we need a copy of CURP, student’s birth certificate and copy of one of the parent’s elector credential. (only those students who still don’t have it). Please turn in these documents at the School-Control Office.
